Delivery Policy

All of our bows are handmade to order so please allow 2-4 working days for us to make and dispatch your bow.  If you require a faster delivery then please contact us and we’ll try to cater for your requirement.

Your bow will be sent by courier, the package will be too big to fit through your letter box and you’ll need to sign for it, so you will need to be in to receive it.  Our courier DPD will contact you on the morning of delivery to tell you your one hour time slot.  We are happy to dispatch your bow to a work address, please add this in the notes at checkout or contact us to organise.

Gift Shipping/Postage

If you are buying one of our door bows as a gift, please add this in the notes at the checkout point and we’ll contact you before we send it out to make sure we add a special message of your choice and get any other special requirements for your delivery.


Our Returns Policy

You can return an item for a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase.

The item must be in original packaging and unused.

Any item found to be otherwise will not be accepted and will be returned to you.  You will be responsible for all return postage, therefore items can only be returned after we have received payment for reposting.

In the unlikely event you receive a faulty Door Bow, it will be exchanged.  Before returning your Bow please email or telephone 07799 34 7447.

Please allow up to 10 working days to process your return from the date of delivery to us.

We would recommend you obtain proof of postage with a tracking number as items lost on return will not be our responsibility and cannot be process.

Please note that postage fees for the return of unwanted goods will not be refunded.

How to return an item

The return address and details are included on your invoice enclosed in your delivery package.

We do not offer prepaid or free returns.

We strongly advise you to obtain a signed for return tracking number from the post office as returns lost in the post will not be our responsibility.

If you have misplaced your invoice, please contact for further information on how to return your items.

Please note

We ask that you take great care of your Door Bow.  We cannot accept returns on items that are marked, used, creased or torn.

All of our Door Bows are hand-made, each one is individual and the quality is checked before it is dispatched to make sure it is of the highest quality, we can only accept returns that are in the same condition they were sent out in.

All postage costs are non-refundable and unfortunately we do not offer pre-paid returns.
